How does the program work?
After completion and processing of your student information materials, you can sign up for a class in The Theology Program.
Currently The Theology Program is a series of 6 progressive courses beginning with Introduction to Theology. After completion of these 6 core courses, admission is available by invitation to 2 additional honors courses on Philosophy of Religion and Teaching the Bible.
The Kingsport site is an affiliate program of The Theology Program, a division of Reclaiming the Mind Ministry. The Kingsport program is administered by Seminary for All, a Christian education ministry of Grace Evangelical Free Church.
In addition to The Theology Program of courses, the Kingsport site is also developing courses in Koine Greek, Biblical Hebrew, Old Testament and New Testament Survey, church history, pastoral theology, small group courses and tutoring, classical education, and other benefical studies.
The Theology Program consists of 13 weeks of classes which last from 7 to 9 pm on a weeknight.
Fee for the course is $125 per student, plus $25 for the class syllabus, which is available after class registration. Registration is continuous and all class sizes are limited. Contact us very soon for the best opportunity of getting into one of the classes.
Two textbooks are currently used in all six classes. Students are assigned reading from both texts for each week. Texts may be purchased at a discount from Seminary for All or from any source of your choosing. Please be sure to purchase the latest edition, as assignments are listed by page numbers.
Those requried texts are: Systematic Theology by Wayn Grudem and The Mosaic of Christian Beliefs by Roger Olson.
